Coates Tip: Stop ADD and ADHD My life consists of photography, health, and kicking it with cool ass people. Those are a few of my favorite things but if I had to pick a number one thing I love to do…it would be helping people. That help can range from listening to a friend who needs someone to talk too or lending a helping hand to a stranger in need.
