Qrow + Ruby: Final Kill

Not only does this show that Ruby’s fight style closely resembles Qrow, but it also shows that she based her weapon design heavily on his. While his weapon focuses primarily on being a sword+gun/scythe, Ruby’s Crescent Rose sticks to being more Gun/Scythe. 

Which also leads me to believe that she might have only ever seen Qrow’s weapon as a Scythe while being trained.

Every Youtuber and their subscribers make this installment out to be the straw that broke the camels back, RWBY at its apparent lowest, yet for me… it was RWBY at its best. Not quite “absolute” but if this is “the worst,” then I can’t wait for Volume 6 to be a step up.

To all those out there: it’s okay. It can feel like the loudest opinion is correct and you’re just dumb for not seeing how they see it. However, there are people out there who are right there with you and you just gotta reach out. Take a risk. We’re all out there.

I loved Sienna Khan! (spoilers below)

Can’t believe they killed off such a cool character so quickly. She was such a great, conflicting, flawed character - she wanted humans to fear Faunus, but she also didn’t want any unnecessary deaths of innocent people. 

Also, what is Adam’s weapon made of?!? It seems that if he so chooses, he can cut through a person’s Aura.

Asking the real question here. Him and Illia, with that Rapier that just stabs Sun... this show needs to start being a bit more transparent about Aura, because we’re seeing a lot of “exceptions” as of late.
