Smoking behind a bar (gay one I hope)
A relatively obscure music track in the Paper Mario soundtrack is "Happy Sun" (unofficial name given by the community since the track does not appear on the official soundtrack CD).
When the Sun Tower is visited during Chapter 6 while the Sun is being prevented from shining by the clouds created by Huff N. Puff, a sad song (commonly called "Sad Sun") plays in the area. After destroying the source of the clouds, the player then sees the Sun ascend in a cutscene, and has absolutely no completionist reason to ever go back to this area since it is barren and has no collectibles.
However, if the player does go out of the way to return to the Sun Tower after completing the chapter, this original "Happy Sun" music will play. It is bizarre that the developers decided to dedicate two unique pieces of music to an area that has nothing in it except an NPC that needs to be talked to exactly once.

Takeshi out here flopping hard as shit. World Cup season is over, guy.
If you don't pay attention to her she WILL crash the fuck out.
And she right.
River is kept around solely to get kicked in the balls when morale is low.
And stuff.
Oh so we know a bitch now huh?
Takamitchi ended as he lived.
Being the biggest bitch I've ever seen.
The way he almost missed a dude's last words because he was busy turning Super Saiyan was crazy.
Turned away for one second and already it's IGPX: Doomsday out here.
WELP: this has been Tokyo Revengers. In the end Takemichi died as he lived. The End. Here's to you, 2000 years from now.
Takemichi, I'mma need you to remember that bullet in your leg and think nothing of it when you crack this man's skull in the past. Then again, you learned nothing from getting stabbed. You're like the anti-50 Cent.
I swear this guy has the build of a one-off character that usually gets killed off in the first 5-8 minutes of a series to set up what sort of world we're living in that somehow stumbled into the main focus.
And now we're back to our regularly scheduled evil-assery.
Okay, wait...wut?
What sort of butterfly did we step on or un-stomp?
This man still flashing his tats off as if he's about to summon some shit.
