"Oh, wow, I loved this person's work years ago," I say as I view artwork of an artist I followed when I was younger, "How's he holding up?" "Oh, she's still doing art. Also they're trans." you say. I am aghast. Quite literally thrown for a loop. It was a strange occurrence seeing their OC now a girl, but it wasn't any different from the other times they drew their OC as a girl. In fact, they did that a lot. "When did that happen!?" I exclaim, not because I dislike the change, but because I, a follower that was molded by this person's work, had missed such a momentous occasion.
