I welcome being proven wrong on this, but to the extent that I’ve been able to uncover this scanlation is not authorized by Hino, the artist. The prequel is prefaced by a page that explicitly states that Hino does not authorize reposts of her work. I’ve known about this being up for a couple of weeks and I didn’t share it with anyone for a reason. The About page on this group’s BlogSpot specifically tells visitors not to notify any of the artists whose work they’ve translated so that they’re not banned from accessing their works.

This is incredibly disappointing because Heart Conduction is no longer in print and any copies you can find online are very expensive, and Hino has this posted on their Pixiv for us to enjoy for free. You can’t support Hino any longer by buying this. So unless there’s written communication that can be provided showing that Hino authorized Heart Conduction to be reposted, this is art theft, plain and simple.
