My phone suddenly died on me and I had to get a new phone. I haven’t been actively using the app for quite some time now, and try opening Love 365 to see what new stories there were and find that I couldn’t log in because the ID is already in use. This was referring to my old phone, of course.
I send Customer Support an email. This is part of what they sent me.
Inasmuch as I wish that I can just tell you guys to safely store your ID or whatnot, there is just no getting around the fact that in one way or another, electronics will fail, whether we like it or not. I work with electronics so I’m very familiar with this... as much as I’m sure that this has already happened to somebody else who’s also thinking, “Damn, there goes YEARS of supporting them.”
And @voltageotome is basically telling me, “You’re on your own now.”
