Snooper - A friendly yet swiftly cog. Snooper has a special ability to snoop gags without being noticed. They seem to only target food-related gags only, They are the smallest and weakest of the tier.
Eavesdropper - Mischievous young cog with a strong sense of hearing. They tend to eavesdrop from time to time to gather personal information and spoiling other's plans, They dislike sound gags very much.
Lockpicker - A cog with a lock for a head, one of the oldest spies in the department. No matter how much you lock up your items, This cog will always find a way to bust it open. They are the wisest and significant of the Spybot tier.
Code Breaker - Being as the destructive cog of the tier, Just like Lockpicker, This cog knows how to break into anything. Literally. It was shown that this cog has the fist power to break a vault with a single punch.
Private Eye - An intelligent Cog with great eyesight. Despite having a left blind eye, This cog can see anything and anywhere with a blink of an eye with the help of its goggles and gadgets.
Double Agent - A bad cop and good cop in one. Double Agents tend to disguise a lot as other cogs as it says to their name, they are also in charge in being the security of the Spybot HQ. There are rumors told that this cog was once a double talker in its previous employment.
Sly Fox - The Clever Fox, Sly Fox is one of the fastest of the Spybot tier, with its swiftness and foxiness. This cog can easily green you in one instant turn. They show a hint of disliking to squirt gags and cat toons.
Second Skin - The Two-faced Cog. Second Skin is shown to be a favorite of the head department. They worked effortlessly their way to the corporate ladder making them the most dangerous cog of the whole tier. They are known to be brutal and merciless to toons as they don’t take second chances.
