Doris never had enough money, but she has been doing well as a bounty hunter, sadly a lot of work is only allowed with a partner, which means splitting the price 50/50… except if you partner with a Bio-Android.

That’s how she met Troy, her “cheap partner” who developed into her best friend and maybe more.

Troy is a Bio-Android. Because of his status, he isn't very liked by humans, and he feels the same. He is constantly angry at the world and prefers to keep to himself. Work compels him to have a human partner, and for money, he lays his grievances by.

Lately, because of his current partner, Doris, he has started to view humans a little differently, but he still has a long way to go.

Moritz Wolf is a shape shifting wolf, living in a remote, tight-knit town that humans and some fairy tale creatures inhabit. Moritz is one of these creatures, reminiscent of the big bad wolf. Moritz initially appears to be a mischievous person; he exhibits a grimy and untrustworthy personality, but he is never antisocial. Moritz takes joy in teasing people and being a nuisance to the strict and uptight. But that is just one part of his role in town.

Moritz is a reporter/blogger of a questionable and irregular paper, Subsurface. He keeps records of the supernatural, he is the secrets and rumors encyclopedia of the town.

Lucy is a motherly toon, after her now ex-husband sold the bat colony to the Devil she has taken on the little bats and cared for them. She despises Dracula and wishes him all the awful things in the world. Lucy was also included in the deal and is now the Devils personal servant and secretary but mostly an entertainer for the guests. She isn’t as compliant as Dracula, she is confident, calculating and revengeful. Waiting for her and the colonies out, Not Draculas, he can rot with the other evil people.

Dracula in simple words, is a coward. Everything in his life revolves around that fact. When his father died he was entrusted with the leading of his colony of bats, but when things became hard he made a deal with the Devil in which his colony would be safe but he was obligated to become the accountant of the Devil and the bats became simple minded toon-creatures. He regrets his decision but is too scared to lose power and change his situation. That's why he is empathetic of other toons and their regrettable life choices. 

Ever since Dracula spends his time at the bar of the casino, drinking, playing darts and striking up conversations with lost souls who find themselves at the casino.

Through magic he was made a fairy, and he hates it.

With time he has to learn how to live like a fairy, with new powers and new customs.
