Anyways. My question is, if it is not giving out too much lore, why is Sans' eye an X? I don',t think just the cold would do that

(Meta reason, I thought it looked cool). Canonical Reason, its a show of him limiting his magic, because he's afraid he'll shatter and break if he uses it too much, so the X is a reminder to not overexert himself.

what’s this Au about and is that Frisk I see in “front” of the core? How are the others: sans, papyrus, Toriel, Asgore, mettaton, Asriel, monster kid, any of them really.

First off, to answer your question, that is Frisk!

Secondly, this is still new, so not much is solidly put down into words, but basically, the core gets messed up somehow (working on the reasoning) and now, because I can, eternal cold is cast out throughout the whole Underground. I'm not talking Snowdin levels of cold, Im talking sheer unhealthy levels of cold, the Hotlands and Waterfall are frozen over, the barrier has been replaced with a chunk of impenetrable ice, and most people aren't doing too well, tbh.

The skelebros, being skeletons, are actually quite sick from the cold, the freezing temperatures making their bones brittle and prone to cracking. Sans, in specifics, is worse in that regard, I'll probably get into it more later.

As for the others, Asgore is maintaining a state of delusion that all is well (spoiler alert: all is not well), Toriel is hiding out in the ruins, barely going out, Undyne...I'll get to her later. Alphys is stressed tf out, and everyone else is just trying to go on about their lives. Sorry for the kind of vagueness, I'm still putting things into place.
