Yesterday
eaten : 756
Burned : -> walking (17590 steps) : 667
-> musculation : between 80 and 100 approximately
So = 9
Today
eaten : 1450
Burned : -> walking (6178 steps) : 247
-> cardio : 50
-> musculation : 80
So = 1073
(When I was walking I started having knee pain and hip pain so ... it now hurts when I'm walking...)

Just ended my 71 hours fast. And here I go again
It's harder to eat and resist a food craving than fasting
I lost 2 kilos in one week

I've been liquid fasting for 53 hours

I remember when I lost 10 pounds in 1 month some years ago...
it was easier to loose weight because I couldn't eat between meals. And I didn't keep eachs meals, and I did exercice and drank lot of water
It was easier...
The more I restrict myself the more I binge (except for some times)
I haven't found a solution yet
