Sri Lankan women returning back to the tea fields to continue a tedious days work of hand picking tea leafs from the steep mountainous slopes. Yes, you do travel to 3rd world countries to enjoy the natural beauty of the land, the white sand beaches, the sunsets and the palm trees. But in reality it's the genuine and truly happy people that keep me coming back to these countries. The easiest tasks that we often take for granted back in the states are challenging and humbly embraced in these unspoiled lands. I have a goal over the course of my life to help these nations grow and develop in a sustainable path while still maintaining the culture of the people and the integrity of the land.
