So good Taylor Swift!! #theman
Working to Free Taylor
There’s a lot of intense emotions right now from everyone, myself included, and rightly so. What Taylor is experiencing is something no artist should ever have to face, no matter how big or small. How can we help? Like Taylor said, we should tell Scooter and Scott how we feel about this. Where can we do that?
TWITTER:
Tweet things about how musicians deserve to own their music, women deserve control of their careers, etc
Use the hashtags #FreeTaylor and #WeStandWithTaylor
@ScooterBraun
@ScottBorchetta
Same idea as above, but in comments
@ScooterBraun
COMMENTS ON SCOTT’S INSTAGRAM ARE LIMITED
Taylor also mentioned artists that work with Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta… Some of the biggest names are:
Justin Bieber
Ariana Grande
Demi Lovato
(doesn’t have a twitter)
Carly Rae Jepsen
Tori Kelly
Personally, when trying to get the support of the artists, I suggest making sure you’re being respectful and kind in your messages. Encourage them to mentally put themselves in Taylor’s shoes and see how they would feel. Ask them to support her, as she works so hard to support others.
I know you may be feeling very small right now. You may be thinking “my one voice can’t do much.” Alone, maybe. But you are not alone. We are all working together to try to fix this situation that Taylor never should have been placed into in the first place. Keep fighting. If you need to take a break, take a breather, that’s okay. Then get back up and step back in. We can do this. #IStandWithTaylor #FreeTaylor
he’s right and he should say it
Yup he is correct! Shut up coaches
it’s depressing that how if even one of the biggest artists of all time can lose control over her music and it’s profits imagine how hard it must be for small artists completely controlled by their management or label’s financial interests. this kind of thing is why taylor advocates for artists’ rights cause even she with all her power and influence can be disadvantaged like this
So very sad. #WeStandWithTaylor
I promise that nobody’s gonna love you like me..
Love this! Thanks dearjohns
“And there’s a lot of cool chicks out there” Taylor Swift has a picture of the Dixie Chicks on her wall! Love it!
I take this as Taylor saying she is done with the Reputation album. I don’t see her going to The Grammy’s or doing anything further to promote this album now that the Netflix special is out. I guess it makes sense since she is with a new recording label and it didn’t get nominated for album of the year. What do you all think? Can’t wait to see what is next for her! #TaylorSwift #ReputationTour #TheSwiftLife
We have been waiting since November and it is finally here! I am taking my daughter to see Taylor Swift both nights! @taylorswift @taylornation #reptourDC

Going to The Stanley Cup Finals!!
The Duke of Cambridge is to announce a landmark agreement this week between the world’s media and technology giants to tackle online bullying.
Companies including Facebook, Google, Apple and Twitter will sign up to a new initiative pioneered by Prince William to help protect young people from online abuse.
Last week Sean Parker, the former president of Facebook, admitted that social media exploits a “vulnerability in human psychology”, adding: “God only knows what it’s doing to our children’s brains.”
William, who has spoken of his “alarm” at the rise in online bullying, will announce a “national action plan” on Thursday at the London headquarters of Google.
He is understood to have been deeply affected by the case of Felix Alexander, 17, who stepped in front of a train last year after suffering years of bullying online and at school.
William has privately offered support to Felix’s family. The teenager’s mother, Lucy, joined William at Kensington Palace for talks.
*************
The prince is expected to hail the agreement as “significant” progress, but will also call for the public to address the wider social issues around online abuse, including the pressure young people feel on social media.
The duke spent more than 18 months in talks with the media and tech giants, through his Royal Foundation’s taskforce on the prevention of cyber-bullying, established to support young people and families.
William and his wife Kate are expecting their third child in April. He has spoken of his concern that many children are “too young, inexperienced or lacking maturity” to deal with online bullying.
More than 16,000 young people take time off school every year after being bullied.
The taskforce was launched in 2016 and chaired by the tech entrepreneur Brent Hoberman. It includes Snapchat, O2, Vodafone and Sky together with children’s charities, parents and a panel of young people.
Enjoying #Reputation! Love you Taylor! @taylorswift
