Swirly Whirly Chocolate Curlys

In reality its just chocolate bark but ↑that↑ sounds cooler ;) Listen up guys, because this chocolatey goodness is the bomb dot com. Real talk. I made mine with crushed up almonds and sea salt and i swear, it is heaven.

You’ll need:

-A handful of chocolate chips

-Various toppings of your choice (Nuts, dried fruit, etc)

-Wax paper

-A spoon

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for about 2 minutes (in the microwave, if that wasn’t clear)

2. Using the spoon spread the melted chocolate in fun patterns along the wax paper. You can do swirls, hearts, or even straight lines. Note: the thicker you spread the chocolate the longer it will take to harden.

3. Sprinkle on your toppings. There is no such thing as too much :D

4. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

5. Remove from the fridge and enjoy!

Wakey Wakey Eggs and Makey

Quick and easy breakfast here we come!

You’ll need:

-A microwave safe mug/bowl                

-Pieces of potato or ripped bread (optional)

-2 eggs                                   

-A pinch of salt and pepper

-A dash of milk (about 4 tbsp)              

-1 slice of meat-shredded (optional)

-2 tbsp cheese (optional)                            

- A Fork

 Instructions:

1. Crack the eggs into the mug and separate with a fork. You might want to spray the mug with some cooking spray or grease so the egg doesn’t stick.

2. Add in the milk, cheese meat, and other add-ins. Consider adding some veggies like spinach or tomatoes. Mix well.

3. Microwave for two and a half to three minutues or until the egg is fully cooked. Microwave times may vary.

4. Take the mug out of the microwave. CAUTION IT WILL BE HOT!!! Let cool and enjoy!

Nutella Mug Cake

Woot Woo! This mug cake is so easy a baby could do it! Well, not really...babies can’t open jars.... but you get the idea. :D

You’ll need:

-A microwave safe mug/bowl                

-1/4 cup of Nutella (or a really large spoonful)

-1 egg  

-Some sort of mixing utensil

Instructions:

1. Measure out the nutella and place it into your mug.

2. Crack the egg into the mug and mix well.

3. Microwave for around two minutes. Microwave times may vary.

4. Take the mug out of the microwave. CAUTION MAY BE HOT!!!

5. Let cool and place on a plate. Or just eat it out of the mug.

6. Enjoy!

No-Bake Granola Bars

You’ll need:

-A microwave safe mug/bowl                

-A rectangular container + wax paper

-Another bowl                             

-1/2 cup plain cereal of your choice

-3/4 cups oats                             

-pinch salt and cinnamon

-1/2 raisins or other dried fruit              

-1/4 cup honey

-1 tbsp nut butter                          

-3 tbsp applesauce

Instructions:

1. Mix the dry ingredients together. Set aside.

2. Mix, the nut butter, applesauce, and honey in the mug/bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3. Take mixture out of the microwave. CAUTION MAY BE HOT!!! Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well.

4. Press the mixture into the rectangular container. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Then cut into squares and enjoy!

‘Wave Pizzas

I thought it sounded cooler than “microwave” so...

You’ll need:

-A Microwave safe plate                                  

-A pinch of salt

-Tomato paste or sauce                            

-A pinch of pepper

-Some mozzarella or provolone cheese-shredded        

-Other seasonings or toppings (optional)

-A tortilla or a multi grain English muffin           

-Knife

Instructions:

1.     Shred the cheese into fine strips, if it isn’t shredded already.

2.    Cut the English muffin in half. Place on plate.

3.    Spread the tomato paste on the muffin, then sprinkle on cheese

4.    Sprinkle on seasonings and other toppings, if using

5.   Microwave for

Microwave Ramen

yum :)

You’ll need:

-A microwave safe bowl                    

- HALF of a seasoning packet

- 1 pack of ramen noodles           

 - 3-4 cups of water

 Instructions:

1. With the ramen noodles package still sealed, break the noodles with your hands into tiny pieces.

2. Place the noodles into a bowl and cover with two cups of water.

3. Microwave for around two minutes. Microwave times may vary. Then add another cup of water and microwave for about two minutes and thirty seconds.

4. Take the noodles out of the microwave. CAUTION MAY BE HOT!!! Add HALF of the seasoning packet too the noodles. Gotta stay healthy kids. Mix well.

5. Add in more water if you want it more like soup. Add any other seasonings you may want. Let cool. Enjoy!

Lip Smackin’ Cinnamon Apples

This snack is sweet and tasty ( don’t tell anyone, but its healthy too!)

You’ll need:

-A microwave safe mug/bowl                

-A Sharp Knife

-1 apple                                        

-A pinch of salt

-3 tsp water                              

-2 tbsp honey

-2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Chop the apple into cubes using the knife. First in half, then in slices, then into cubes.

2. Mix, the apples, salt, and water in the mug/bowl.

3. Microwave for around two minutes. Microwave times may vary.

4. Take apple mixture out of the microwave. CAUTION MAY BE HOT!!! Add the honey and cinnamon to the apples. Mix well.

5. Place back in the microwave for 2 minutes.

6. Remove from the microwave. BE CAREFUL IT WILL BE HOT! Let cool. Enjoy!

Mind-blowing Pepperoni Chips

Hello my friends, today we will be making MIND-BLOWING PEPPERONI CHIPS!  Is your mind blown yet? If it isn’t then it will be.

I know these chips are going to be your new favorite snack. They’re full of protein and carb free. Woot woo! Plus, they’re literally the easiest thing on the planet.

Mind-Blowing Pepperoni Chips

You’ll need:

A microwave-safe plate

Paper towels

Turkey Pepperoni

Black pepper or red chili flakes (optional) (Note: only if you really like it HOT, these flavorful chips are pretty spicy on their own)

Directions:

Place two paper towels and multiple pepperoni on a microwave-safe plate. Make sure you space out the pepperoni so the slices do not touch. (Note: I fit 12 pepperoni on my plate, depending on the size of your plate you may be able to fit more or less.)

Sprinkle on black pepper or red chili flakes, if using.

Microwave for one minute then flip the pepperoni. (Note: BE CAREFUL the pepperoni will be HOT) Microwave for two more minutes.

Remove from microwave and let cool for two minutes.

Microwave Egg Sandwich

This is a super-fast, easy breakfast recipe that virtually everyone can make. The best part about it is that you can use whatever toppings you like, or can get your hands on, and it’ll be done in no time. :)

You’ll Need:

-2 eggs

-2 slices of meat (like ham or turkey) ((optional))

-Veggies (like spinach, peppers, or tomatoes) ((this is optional but strongly recommended))

-1 multi grain English muffin or tortilla

-1 slice of cheese or cheese spread (optional)

-microwave safe mug or bowl

Instructions:

1. Crack the eggs into the bowl/mug. Scramble with a fork and add in some seasonings (if you feel like it).

2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. (Note: not all microwaves are created equal so your egg might need more or less cooking time. Use your judgement.)

3. Separate the English muffin. Once the egg has cooled, place all the toppings on the muffin and make your sandwich.

4. Enjoy!

Pasta Dinner - in a mug

You heard me. Tonight we’re going Italian style.

You’ll need:

-about a 1/3 cup of small pasta like ditalini, broken up spaghetti, or macaroni.

-1/2 cup of water

-about of 1/4 cup tomato sauce or milk*

-1/2 cheese (optional)

-any type of meat/ vegetables you can get your hands on. (Chicken, little meatballs, bell pepper, tomato, etc.)

-A microwave safe bowl or mug

*Use milk instead of tomato sauce if you want a pasta more like mac ‘n cheese*

Instructions:

1. In your mug/bowl pour in the pasta and cover with the water. Microwave for about 4 minutes, stopping every to see if the pasta is cooking to your liking. You can cook the pasta more or less to achieve the consistency you want. More time=softer pasta

2. Drain the water then add in the sauce and cheese. Microwave again for about a minute.

3. Add in any seasonings, meats, or vegetables you want.

4. Wait till the pasta isn’t burning hot and them enjoy!

Cheese Crisps

You’ll need:

-2 cheese sticks

-pinch of salt and black pepper

-small bowl

-glass or ceramic microwave safe plate

-fork

-a sprinkle of oregano

Instructions:

1. Using your fingers, shred the cheese sticks into small pieces in the bowl.

2. Add in salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

3.  Place small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the plate. Make sure to leave some space inbetween, they will spread.

4. Microwave for about one to two minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

5. Take the plate out of the microwave. CAUTION MAY BE HOT!!! Once it is cool, use your fingers to peel the cheese from the plate.

Nopety nope no bake cake balls

Need I say more?

You’ll need:

-1/2 cup flour

-1 tbsp nut butter

-2 tbsp honey

-2 tbsp milk

-pinch salt

-splash of vanilla

-sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the honey and nut butter for about 1 minute.

2. Add the milk and vanilla to the melted mixture. Then add the flour and salt.

3. Add sprinkles and roll into balls.

4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Take out of the fridge and enjoy!

Banana Fluff

I love fluff. Do you love fluff? I love fluff.

You’ll need:

-1 banana-mashed

-2 tbsp honey

-2 tbsp flour (or mashed oats)

-2 tbsp nut butter of your choice

-chocolate chips (optional)

-pinch salt

-a mixing utensil

-microwave safe bowl

Instructions:

1. In a microwave bowl mug thingie melt the honey and nut butter for about one minute.

2. Add in the mashed banana, flour, and salt.

3. If too soft, add a spoonful of flour.

4. Add in chocolate chips

5. Enjoy!

D.I.Y. Popcorm

No need for a pre-packaged bag or a movie theater!

You’ll need:

-A brown paper bag                       

-Popcorn kernels (about 1/3 a cup)

-Tape                                     

-Seasonings like salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions:

1. Pour the kernels into the paper bag

2. Tape the bag shut

3. Microwave for around three minutes. Microwave times may vary. Or use the popcorn setting on your microwave.

4. Add the seasonings, hold the bag closed, shake well and enjoy!

Baked Oatmeal (in the microwave)

You’ll Need:

-1/2 oatmeal or quick oats

-1 egg

-1/2 cup milk

-1/3 of a banana

-2 tsp honey (or just squeeze some in there ;D )

-1/2 cup fruit of your choice (apples, blueberries, strawberries,etc)

- Microwave safe mug

-Pinch cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mash the banana in the mug with a fork.

2. Then add in the milk, egg, and honey. Stir well.

3. Add in the oatmeal and cinnamon. Chop the fruit (if necessary) and add that in too. Then mix it all up.

4. Microwave for 3-4 minutes (remember, not all microwaves are created equal)

5. Let cool. Enjoy!
