A zesty marinade of garlic, lemon, and fragrant herbs gives these Mediterranean chicken kebabs a lot of flavor. When grilled to perfection, they're a tasty and healthy meal choice.
Ingredients: 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. Cherry tomatoes. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Make sure the chicken cubes are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put the food in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to marinate. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Using wet skewers, thread chicken that has been marinated, bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes on them. Kebabs should be cooked on the grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are charred and soft. You can eat it hot with your favorite sauce or over rice or couscous.
