thoughts on the designs: I originally had Hannibal being a Peterbald, but I liked the tabby look for him better. For Will, I gave him fawn spots in various places.

if I were to change anything I would make Will’s eyes greener :) and maybe give him glasses.

I really liked their dynamic in the show. Very cute.

I have the black box data. All of it.

After sifting through hundreds of photos... I have realized that every time Simon takes a photo in the SM-13, he's pulling up a frame to a stop motion animation.

And it can be played back as video.

So, I took each black box photo and compiled them together. You can now watch Simon's entire journey from the SM-13's camera like found footage.

You can also gain access to Simon's amazing photography portfolio from my master reference project, as well as the video for yourself.

Please, have a watch. It's terrifying. I feel like a C.O.I. lab tech delving into something I really shouldn't, and it's a blast!

Oh my gosh. I've watched this movie so many times by now that I've almost become desensitized to just how creepy it is. But seeing all these photos in order really captures its original macabre and cryptic feelings. I'm so glad someone was able to find all the images. This is what I hoped we'd get from the DVD release.

I think it needs some creepy whale sounds or leaky pipes to go with the footage now.

I was really hopeful that Gen Z would be the ones to break the cycle of talking about how Kids These Days are Everything Wrong In The World but folks are already being so negative about "gen alpha" and they're literally pre-teens

I keep seeing this specifically about manners, attention and literacy - three things that acting like being unskilled at are 100% on a child are genuinely BAFFLING.

They also have to be taught how to pay attention and how to have manners, but that's also not happening.

"Kids these days" are having their development utterly fucked over and people want to blame the kids that they haven't been taught shit about how to Be A Person, so they're just making it up and hoping they don't fuck it up because that will just get them in trouble/more blame.

I feel like being a kid has gotten insanely more difficult in many ways and we have to give these kids some grace and help them out where they need help.

like if they are being neglected by their parents and failed by their schools it is literally not their fault

yeah theres something to the fact that older folks will always complain about "kids these days" but also its part of being a community of humans that the younger ones will need help and guidance from the older ones

and being hateful and negative toward kids for things they can't control is bad. they did not ask to be born into this crap...

I love your "they ring the same bells for weddings and funerals" tag bc I work as a bell-ringer at one of the few churches in my city where you still have to ring the bell manually. and we do ring the same bell whether it's a wedding or a funeral! but ☝️ we also ring it if the local sports team wins at sports (the secret third thing that is neither a wedding nor a funeral)
