I was sworn in as President of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association this morning. Two incredible women who made an impact on my HR career were there. A big thank you to Amy Cortese (@a.me.cortes.e), who gave my first job in HR (and also took this picture). Another thank you goes to Lauren Lewis (@laurlew29), who mentored me this past year as she served her final year as President.
