i'm not talking about my muse's memories or little quirks, i'm thinking more like-- historical facts. i'm just genuinely off sometimes. sometimes i can make dumb modern references such as "ho ho ho merry christmas" and say "we've only had christmas for a few years" a few threads later. it's inconsistent. i'm inconsistent with the time where alfie is coming from. i may list 1600ish on the about but i'm sure one day i'll make him use modern slangs. and i'm pretty sure they don't have hoodies then--

it's stupid because-- i spent most of the time on building his character. i just wanted to know how to portray a real, genuine boy that i neglected everything else. i don't know how "genuine" alfie is right now but a lot of things he said feels like made up bs to me.

don't get me wrong, though. i love this kid. he's the only muse that managed to worm his way into my heart and make me feel most at home. sometimes i just don't think i can recreate him without having a lot of influence from real life. 

if you managed to read to the end of this post and hadn't lost faith in me as a rper, congrats, you are about to be disappointed in the near future. may as well send me some ask about how realistic i write this boy, yeah? so that i know spending most time on that isn't in vain.

i need to read more history books

hey guys, sorry for being inactivate for a few days. as some may know, i fell sick pretty badly and i had to stay up until 3:30 am last night to finish my math homework in time (i swear i didn't procrastinate. it was just assigned at 5 pm yesterday afternoon and we had to hand it in at 10 am this morning)

but is just hard to read because sdr2 is on tumblr and i read dr on a lpj or smth like that

[is this… what knights wear? now admittedly, he never saw a knight before but this is… this is flashy. it’s got red and blue all over]

[fumbles a bit with the outfit but at the end, he got it on. feels like it’s made for someone exactly his size]
