he’s very well acquainted too with matters of the capitol,
a verse and chapter on panopticonian protocol.
he’s been into the death zone and played the game of rassilon,
rassilon? asslion? bassilon? aha!
with pestilential monsters that he got a lot of hassle from.

s-suffering? how peculiar, showing concern for the coat, rather than the person wearing it. the doctor blinks twice, trying to form a proper response. ❛ well - all these hues are all very much common place. not to worry, i keep my clothes perfectly healthy; dry cleaned daily! ❜ okay, he may forget the washing every now and then, but that’s why the TARDIS had alerts.

“Does this happen frequently?” They were catching their breath and hiding with a man in a flamboyant coat. Like he was trying to be a target. Their cloaking device still tight around their right wrist. They were much thinner than they had been when they landed, an Earthly diet wasn’t very robust. It was rather bland. (At least, from what they had discovered in this part of the world.)
