How are you guys able to see this episode? Is the sub ahead of the dub?

idk how to tell you this but… this is a japanese anime, yknow.. made in japan. its always gonna be subbed before being dubbed.

I know that its just recently the dub version were consistent enough to come out the same time as the sub version and the site im watching this on only had episode 9 sub and dub…
