Baekhyun's eye injury

I thought I would just make this post because a lot of people have been asking, and I’m betting that I lot of people will come onto tumblr later and start asking questions too. I would just like to point out that I am not the authority. I’m merely just repeating all the other things I have read on tumblr and on Twitter.

During the pre-recording for “MAMA” (for next week’s Inkigayo) - although some other people claim that it happened at the fanmeet that was after - some pyrotechnics (fireworks) exploded and (sparks) went into Baekhyun’s eyes. He stopped performing and covered his eye momentarily before trying to continue dancing. After the music was cut off Baekhyun fell to his knees covering his eye and all of the EXO-K members rushed to his side to see if he was okay. Baekhyun was then ushered backstage where he washed out his eyes (with water). Afterwards they gave him eye drops. 

After a while of being backstage he re-emerged and smiled to all the fans and told them that he was okay. 

SuHo later said at the fanmeet that he “felt guilty” because he was unable to protect Baekhyun/wasn’t able to take better care of him. 

A few officials have stated that Baekhyun is fine, and someone tweeted that Baekyun’s eye(s?) is red - so he “looks like a vampire (laughs)” - but he is alright.

There are some photos taken from fans after the fanmeet of Baekhyun with the other members and he appears to be okay, although if you want my personal opinion I bet that he’s still in pain. Hurting your eyes… well… hurts.
