These burns are very familiar to us and we're inclined to believe you must've crossed the border to get them. But due to a lack of proof other than pure recognition, we'll allow the Healers to provide you assistance. You'll do well to stay on our side, Mr. Monroe.

Welcome to Comity.

We would firstly like to welcome you to our humble home. This mansion is where our Elders live, as well as a few of our recruits with more specialised needs. But enough with the small talk — you know why you're here, as do we. Then again, we know almost everything about you; however, that's beside the point. Our goal as Comity is nothing more than peace throughout New York City, and we assume by being apart of our clan you have the same ideals. To uphold those ideals, a few guidelines are required, and they are as follows. 

➞ RULE № ONE

Absolutely no contact with any members of Enmity. There are no excuses for such behaviour. These people are our enemies, and you must understand that fully. They wish nothing but the worst upon you and everything you hold dear. Fraternizing with the enemy is punishable by manual labour on the first offense, suspension from the clan on the second offense, and banishment from the clan overall on the third offense, if such is seen fit.

➞ RULE № TWO

What the Elders say is law. We have seen many things in our time, and we know what is best for this clan. There is a reason we've been put in charge of upholding order on our side of the city. Therefore, there is no probable reason for any of you to disobey our words. 

➞ RULE № THREE

Stay on your side of the city. Crossing the border is asking for trouble. We wish nothing less than for Enmity to have any reason to launch an attack or raid on us. Everything you need lies on our side of the city, and we can see absolutely no purpose in you leaving our territory. This offense is punishable by manual labour on every occurence, or worse if such is seen fit.

➞ RULE № FOUR

Keep the secret. The rest of New York City doesn't have abilities like us. It would throw the world into complete chaos and disruption if anyone were to find out. We understand that some of your powers can be used without leaving a trail; however, you are no exception. If you are caught using your powers in the presence of those who don't know about us, you will be punished by manual labour on every offense, and by death if you become too much of a risk.

Please honour and uphold these rules. We ask very little of you as recruits, and would hate to see you in our Court.
