What up, fam. Matt, D-funk, and I decided to get back together. Yes, Common Family is actually back. We are picking up where we left off two years ago writing new material for a forthcoming record. We are also soon to be releasing a 'career'-spanning compilation on multiple media platforms which will include the Gas Money Llama EP and all of the other unreleased rarities from over the years. And hey, last but not least, we are playing a gig next Thursday at The Den w/ Automagik, Supermoon, and Abdul Gazazi! Come party with the Family!

Getting particularly stoked for this show tomorrow.  Making some Common Family CD’s right now.  Wish I could make more, but I wasted a bunch of my CD-R’s on Trees Eating Humans albums right before Josh got naked in my living room and then got arrested.  I wish I had more CD-R’s.

Scheduled practice for midnight, got to practicing around 3AM, hammered out 5 songs with the newest addition to the family, David Baptiste on drums, spent hours on a love song that mike wrote, and then the sun came out and yep

Breakfast for dinner/practice night. Working on Mike Andersen originals this evening. Also discussing business with Jason about releasing our demo cassette and split 7" through his and Jesse's labels. Doing the work, yawl
