i appreciate that my friends care about me and want to make sure i eat but omg we don’t have to get food EVERY time we go out

i need to fast more because i’ve been doing omad for weeks and not even fully eating my meal most of the time and im not losing anything

i’m fat now but once i lose the rest of this weight im gonna have some incredible before and after pics

i CANNOT be fat for halloween this year

i got a new shirt that won’t look good on me until i lose at the very least 20lbs
