my random progen who has eaten 51 scatters over the past many many years finally got to a color combo I like :'''')

he's looking prettyyyy rough right now but i'm thinking of geneing him into this!

i'm not quite ready to bite the bullet on opal and sailfish so i'll be coming up with more scries too but for now i'm real happy with it :) my original plan was to scatter until i got a double. i did get navy/navy/umber on scatter 46 but i hate navy so much i had to rescatter him a few months later. even though he's not a double, i love his current colors and think they'll fit well in my lair <3

(just over) 9 years of flight rising! I'm not hugely active on the website or this blog anymore, but I can't express how much this game still means to me :] it was such a formative part of my adolescent years, and even now that I've graduated college it's still something I go to whenever I need a brain break and want to look at pretty dragons lol. So I commissioned someone who is NOT on Fr and don’t knows the site to draw Kain a while ago. Yesterday while I wasn’t pying attention they accepted. Took the ref and finished today.

And i come to my Inbox to find a picture of HD april fools Kain drawn for me.  THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED.

At the same time I can’t blame the person at all because they thought this was his legitimate fucking ref I’m weeping. Its such bad timing it’s hilarious.
