She wasn’t actually addressing the question, she was trying to figure out what she was. Not a dimensional traveler.

"I’m not." That wasn’t even a lie. She was more concerned than scared. Not the same thing. "Just, you know, wondering why some stranger is asking what I’m doing."
"You know exactly why I’ve singled you out." The brunette sniffed, tilting her head closer to the blonde. She inspected her face, looking for a lie as she spoke. "So…what are you?"
"No. I don't." She leaned back. "A...person?"
Toughlittle blondie… Well then. TheDimensional traveled wrinkled her nose, leaning forward to inspect the woman’s face with a scrutinizing gaze. “Don’t be scared.” Candy snorted, “What are you afraid of?”
"I'm not." That wasn't even a lie. She was more concerned than scared. Not the same thing. "Just, you know, wondering why some stranger is asking what I'm doing."

She knew an anomly when she saw one. More so as she cocked her head to theside and got closer to the girl was she reminded of another set ofgirls that she had run into multiple times. They weren’t Gate Hoppers, no…they were something else entirely. Candy placed her hands in the curves of her hips.
“Going somewhere?”
Okay. She could play this tough, and possibly be left alone, or she could just run for it like a chicken. Except where would she run to. Probably nowhere. She wasn't that fast.
Tough it was, then.
"What's it to you?" Okay, that was a horrible attempt at being tough.
