SCP-1609: Beware the Slenderman

Special containment procedures: There are no known means by which SCP-1609 can be damaged. Everytime a S type scenario is located, the closest recon team must be deployed. Every photographic copy must be archived. Every survivor must be administered type 4 amnestics. Every corpse must be removed. Every recolection of information must be destroyed. Every incident must be reported to the media as an incident caused by mundane causes.
In the event that a civilian is identified as a victim of SCP-1609, they must be kept in containment and given a daily dose of Type 4 amnestics. The amnesia procedure should be used with images related to SCP-1609, and thus the witness will gradually remember their name, their identity, their life, and hopefully stop thinking about SCP-1609.
If the presence of a SCP-1609 - B group is detected, it must be completely removed; any method of dialogue is useless.
Item: SCP-1609 it's a cognito hazard entity type that is able to manifest in a physical form. Is sentient and a shapeshifter reality manipulator. Each instance of SCP-1609 is different from the other because the entity is able to adapt to the insecurities, fears, and even vulnerabilities of its victims; if it does not find any, it is able to attack directly in a physical and violent manner.
SCP-1609 will always manifest itself through a series of characteristics that aren't necessary, but which it repeats. This is in order to spread a recognizable image so that people know about it.
This is the list of every type of characteristic usually seen in SCP-1609
Skin: Pitch black, dark, tanned, white or unnatural pale.
Clothes: A black suit, a brownish coat, a black tunic, a black or red tie, a hat, a black bow tie or no clothes excluding pants.
Extra limbs: Extra arms, tentacles, branches, spider like legs, no legs, tentacles coming out of its mouth, multiple legs or no limbs at all.
The characteristics that never change in SCP-1609 are that it is a thin humanoid usually of high stature, exceeding 1.80 meters. The face of SCP-1609 varies depending on the person who sees it; however, once it is captured on digital or analog media, it appears completely blank. However, it deviates from instances where SCP-1609 manifests itself directly without a face. The appearance of a face is most likely to blend in with the surroundings or to deceive its victims.
Despite having a physical consistency, SCP-1609 is a metaphysical being, so it can even decide when to be visible or not to the camera or the human eye. The how is this done is unknown.
SCP-1609 has a tendency to attack minors rather than adults, preferring those who are under 18 years of age. Once a victim is identified, SCP1 1609 will proceed to station and follow them at all times. The victim will begin to feel symptoms of paranoia, sometimes having drems about SCP-1609. Depending on its age, SCP-1609 will attack more or less frequently. The younger the victim, the more sudden and sporadic the attack will be; the older the victim, the more it will try to maintain its distance until the right moment. Usually, victims of SCP-1609 appear breaded in nearby forests. The victims usually have their organs removed and placed in plastic bags only to be reintegrated into the body. Survivors of SCP-1609 have reported feelings of both calm and distress, as if they were afraid of angering it while simultaneously feeling grateful to be in its presence. This indicates that SCP-1609 is capable of consciously manipulating its victims, since each recovered victim of SCP-1609 has mentioned and described sensations that differ from one another.
If SCP-1609 encounters an adult, there are two possibilities. The first is that SCP-1609 will simply try to make the adult's life miserable for knowing of its existence, as a kind of punishment. The other possibility is that it will simply disappear. This depends primarily on SCP-1609's own decisions and malicious intent. It must be clarified that there are groups of humans who worship and help that SCP-1609. These are considered SCP-1609-B.
SCP-1609 has shown different ways of attacking its victims; however, not all of these ways have been consistent with each other.
The theorized abilities for SCP-1609 are:
Movement faster than light
Emision of various types of radiation
Creation of pocket dimensions
SCP-1609 behaves like a memetic agent, meaning it spreads through awareness of its presence; however, this is limited and apparently only works if the awareness is similar, thanks to one of the victims being stalked by SCP-1609. However, this does not prevent SCP-1609 from finding a new victim to spread to, because if someone starts thinking too much about SCP-1609, then SCP-1609 will begin to appear.
Reports of sightings of SCP-1609 date back to ancient cultures. It is not well known which entity is being referred to as SCP-616-1609 or Adibuena, which the Foundation has not yet classified. Due to the symmetrical presence and shape-shifting nature of SCP-1609, it is almost impossible to determine which legends, myths, or testimonies refer to Slenderman.
Change that "Slenderman" for a proper SCP-1609, we are not a fanclub of stans, ok?

APPENDIX: Interrogation to Thomas Nealy, the first known victim of SCP-1609 registered by the Foundation.
The police officer [REDACTED] and Thomas Nealy are in an interrogation room.
Officer: Ok we're recording. Thomas? Would you like to start from the beginning?
Officer: Yes Thomas, you are safe. Now, would you like to start from the beginning so we may try to understand the events that happend?
Thomas: Ok... My daughter Jessica... She'd been outside playing at a friend's house and we only lived up the street... Th- they actually lived up the street, I'm sorry... Um... It started... It started to get dark out, and I called her friend's parents that she needed to get home. They told me she left over a half hour ago. Well, they're only a five minute walk away, so... I...
Officer: Is this where you left the house looking for her?
Thomas: Yes... Um, we live in a wooded area, and I knew she liked playing there with friends, but going alone didn't make sense.
Officer: Ok, so what happend next?
Thomas: I was calling Jessica's name, and it had really been getting dark out now. I was walking through the woods, looking and listening to anything. I remember suddenly feeling sick, like nauseous in the stomach, like I wanted to throw up, and I started to get a rinning in my ears.
Thomas: That... THING! THAT NIGHTMARE!
Thomas began to cry and laugh.
Thomas: He... No. IT...! Jessica's clothes... in on of its... one of its hands...
Officer: It's ok. Can y- Can you please describe what he looked like?
Thomas: It was tall... It... it appeared to be wearing a suit but... there's no way it was human. There's NO way. The... the arms were almost to the ground. I... I've never seen anything like it. Its... face.
Thomas: It's ok, Thomas. Please continue.
Thomas: That horrible fucking face! Just staring at me! But... No, there WAS NO FACE! There was no eyes! What did I see!?
Officer: Thomas, please calm yourse-
The officer is interrupted by Thomas
Thomas: NO! NO...! I FUCKING SAW YOU, SON OF A BITCH! It took my Jessica! It's coming for me! I can't sleep! I can't live! You don't know! You don't know-! OH GOD! OH MY GOD! IT'S C-
Officer: Thomas, calm down.
Thomas: IT'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!
Officer: He needs detained, call secur- OH HOLY CHRIST!
Gunshots are fired, followed by silence. Unidentified footsteps. Silence again
By the time the authorities arrived to question both the officer [REDACTED] and Thomas Nealy disappeared, leaving no trace.
Notice how this instance of SCP-1609 not only appeared faceless, but also chose when to manifest symptoms of illness. When Thomas was describing his symptoms, it was while referencing approaching the SCP-1609 entity. However, what is believe its SCP-1609 entered the room and took both the officer [REDACTED] and Thomas, it did not present any type of illness or sign; it simply manifests itself. This will make containing SCP-1609 more complicated, since there isn't a single way it can be understood as a single entity; it attacks in whatever way is necessary.

Since the last drafting of this document, we had a manifestation of SCP-1609 within the Foundation itself. We had no choice but to eliminate everyone involved at the protest site or administer mass amnestics. All expendable personnel had to be sacrificed, but we learned a great deal from it.
Thanks to the metric properties of SCP-1609 and its shapeshifting abilities, we are able to discern that multiple aspects of our culture are now linked to SCP-1609. Regardless of the medium you consume, an instance of SCP-1609 will contain some characteristic it possessed; it's already there, and we cannot escape it. From cave paintings to mythological figures and pop culture movies, including SCPs that we thought were independent but were actually just another part of SCP-1609 (like the now reclassified SCP-589). Therefore, the foundation will now only dedicate itself to trying to neutralize any attack from SCP-1609. Due to its extremely dangerous state, communications have been maintained with the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) in order to neutralize SCP-1609. It has come to represent such a great danger that we can even reclassify it as an Apolyon-class, if we do not have the necessary means to do so. And believe me, we will.
So far we have located carriers who are spreading or were important for the dissemination of SCP-1609. The theory is that if we manage to eliminate them in some way, SCP-1609 will lose influence, but we are not entirely sure. The ethics committee has announced that it is also likely that after the elimination of these targets, SCP-1609 will only increase in influence because the death of these people would be the trigger for them to be remembered for the work they indirectly did for SCP-1609.

(It's funny how I've already worked with three different versions of Slenderman: my own, the operator, and now the original. Yes, I know I've taken some elements from Night Researcher for this, but it's really too good a concept to just let it go. I also wanted to tag Valeria Santiago here, just for the joke, but I think she got mad at me, so unfortunately I can't find her profile. To be honest, I don't really like Franco's original interpretation of Slenderman. Although I think it's interesting to imagine all the monsters are actually one, I also feel it's too overpowered. I mean, there's no real way to handle it, and it's also quite violent, so at times I don't quite understand how to make a good horror story that doesn't end with the protagonists dying or suffering. At least with the others, I can see it as a kind of reinterpretation or allegory, but here I even struggle to write how they can still be alive or what excuse they would have for not having died)
