Bacon, cheese, salad and tomato. Juliet doesn’t like onions. I’d offer it to the homeless old man who always camps outside the hospital but last time Juliet wanted to give him food he threw it after us and yelled next time bring beer.

It depends on which one you get. Of course don’t be to obvious about it or they’ll be the reason you’re in the ER but if you turn the charm on and compliment them correctly they’ll do damn near anything.
