working on new theme. got new url. getting excited for my eventual return lol. landed a job tho, still doing school stuff, so it may take a bit.

look imo, i feel like it’s kinda offensive that a lot of people think that glenn HAS to die for maggie to even become a ‘leader’. it sorta belittles her and only makes glenn a plot-device and not a character tbh. it just seems like people allude to the fact that maggie can’t be an independent, smart, etc leader without feeling loss or hurt.

He found himself more clever and humorous than perhaps he should, which only made the corners of his mouth pinch upward, creating a rather delighted smile; and of course, the woman’s remarks hadn’t helped as well.

“It runs in the family,” the sheriff admitted, as if it was some sort of disease that Carl had gotten from his father, along with his father’s father. Shoulder shrugging, knowing that perhaps there was a kernel of truth to what she was saying, and in that case, Rick better watch himself. Yet he only took her threats of revenge with the utmost skepticism.

“Is that so?” His tone came off challenging, more on the playful side. “Guess we’ll just see what you have up your sleeve.”
