Panic attacks vs Anxiety attacks!!
This is important!! Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are not the same, but people use both terms to describe the same thing.
Panic attacks are random and do not need to have a cause, and may induce many physical symptoms, and are characterized by extreme feelings of panic!
Anxiety attacks may be caused by surrounding factors, cause many worries or an overflow of emotions, and may induce less severe physical symptoms, or none at all, but are equally as traumatic!
