I did it! 6 weeks (with some delays for sickness and injury) and here is what I’ve noticed….
*I’m stronger, lifting my kid, volunteering at my local food-bank, opening jars lol, all easier.
*My stamina is better. I can go longer without feeling winded and tolerate more pain in tough situations.
*Weight isn’t melting off of me like I thought it was going to. Weight loss is a long slow process and I still struggle with confidence.
*Dedication ≠ Motivation. Most days in the gym I didn’t really want to be there but I didn’t regret a single workout.
*Health is about more than your body. It’s gonna take some time for my mind and heart to catch up but it’s all part of the process.
