Info about the ice cream truck below!
As stated before, Sweetie does not drive the ice cream truck, she's more of a 'passenger' if anything. but that someone she called ‘Mr. Frosty' would instead be driving it. It is unclear if she means the truck itself can drive on its own or if there is another worker driving the truck. No one has ever been seen in the passenger seat of the truck. So mysterious!
The expressions of the front of the truck can change, from simple expressions like: Happy, sad, sleepy, and tired. However the truck itself is not a living character. Boo :(
The face of the ice cream scoop on top of the truck can always be seen wherever the camera is facing. (in a similar "mickey's ears must always be in frame" type fashion) Isn't that neat!
Apparently, the inside of the truck's much bigger than first appears. As in some pieces of scripts, it's mentioned that even the larger characters (Barnaby, Poppy, and Howdy) are able to walk around in the ice cream truck with no issue (only crouching to enter in the door) Very roomy!
In a set of recovered toy adds, it seems like Sweetie's ice cream truck was a featured toy next to some toy houses belonging to each of the neighbors. How fun!

According to small snippets of old scripts and pages from old children's books, Taylor Sweetie was a ice cream truck driver who, while not actually living in the neighborhood, would often visit the residents of Home, giving ice cream to all the neighbors free of charge.
She seems to have the closest relationship to Howdy, the two often trading recipe cards. However Sweetie is friendly with all of the neighbors, so they are as happy to see her as she is them!
So much so that the neighbors often called her ‘Sweetie’ rather than her name ‘Taylor.’ Because to them, she’s the sweetest!
As noted from some blueprints that are still in the middle of being recreated, it seems like Sweetie used a variety of wacky gadgets and tools in order to make ‘the perfect ice cream’ for each of the residents of Home.
Sweetie would specially craft each frosty treat to the neighbors tastes and even feelings. In some notes it was listed that Sweetie would twirl in a ballerina-like fashion while making her ice cream, and always finished each creation with a special catchphrase.
“With a sprinkle of happiness and a cherry on top, this sweet treat’s sure to make you smile!”
In small recovered pieces of scripts it seems Sweetie also made more than just ice cream, bringing special hot chocolate drinks in winter episodes. It seems all of her food creations were sweet in nature.
Old scripts reveal that Sweetie did in fact ‘not’ drive her ice cream truck, but that someone she called ‘Mr. Frosty' would instead be driving it. It is unclear if she means the truck itself can drive on its own or if there is another worker driving the truck, as the windows of the truck are not see through, so its unknown if anyone is sitting in the front seat.
Many of her segments had her appear to give advice to troubled characters, and while her advice would sound random they seemed to spark resolve in many of the characters who were dealing with the problem of the episode.
It seems like she was a popular enough side character that she was featured in many children's books, had her own recipes in a ‘Welcome Home’ themed cookbook, and had a series of real life ice cream bars labeled “Welcome Home: Sweetie’s Sweet Bars”, featuring the likeness of several characters from the series.

Meet Fruit Sando Cookie!
she's based off of those really cute Japanese sandwiches that got cream and fruit slices in the them! And sometimes the fruit slices are decorated to look like flowers!
It gave me such a cute cottage-core esk design idea that I really wanted to try it!!

🍓 very cottage-core definitely lives in a super comfy cabin in the woods and makes everything from scratch
🍓 Is close friends with Cherry Blossom Cookie! They like to have friendly sandwich making rivalries to see who can make the most delicious sandwiches for a picnic! But they usually end up enjoying the others so much that they simply can't decide!

Gently gliding by on her skates, it's Fluffernutter Cookie! Order up!
A cheerful little cookie made from a delicate mix of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, creating this sugary sweet cookie!
Sometimes she can be a tad bit salty with a rude customer, but usually she’s as sweet as fluff! She’s always willing to make friends, the more mysterious the cookie the more interested she is to be their friend!
🥜She finally got her roller skates! ^7^ (in reference to her old design where she wished she could work while wearing skates) it's a dream come true!
🥜Jr.Juke is a little juke box guy who loves playing all kinds of music! Fluffernutter found him all banged up and getting ready to be tossed out, but she nabbed him just in time and got somebody to fix him right up!

Story
A creation born from a young witches blunder. While mixing a batch of mixed berries and roses, a clumsy witch accidently dropped some cleaning supplies, resulting in some soap falling in by accident.
What was born was a delicious looking cookie! But knowing that she is actually made with some soap-? She has become labeled as "the forbidden treat", delectable looking enough to eat but only a reckless few would dare to do such a thing.
The other witches believed that perhaps this cookie could be controlled instead of eaten, attempting to use her in order to lure in other cookies to be consumed.
But Soap Cookie was far too curious of the new world around her, and sensing the immediate danger she could feel from the witches, ran away from them in order to explore the new world around her.
Along the way she found an abandoned ducky and took it in, finding an abandoned mansion and with her new pet fixed it back up to shape, and becoming a somewhat 'self proclaimed' duchess. Although it seems she has truly blossomed into such a role all her own.
🧼Her design is based off of the soaps that look so much like food, you just can't help but want to take a bite! It seemed like the perfect idea for a cookie character! ^^
🧼They found the abandoned mansion at the end of the cookie war, so whoever owned it clearly fled during the conflict and never returned.
🧼After she found her ducky pet she named him Sir Quackerson and he became her faithful companion ever since. He holds his cookie so dear ever since she saved him from getting thrown away that he basically dedicated himself to her and aimed to be the best butler (and knight in a way) for her!
🧼Sir Quacjerson's mustache is fake, he wears it to make himself feel more butler-esk.
🧼You know that cat popping meme? Well Soap Cookie can do that too! And with it she can blow bubbles from her mouth! How neat! ^7^
🧼She has a skillset similar to Cherry Blossom Cookie where she jumps and floats using her parasol, and Skill similar to Peppermint Cookie where she calls upon Sir Quackerson who summons a fancy looking boat and Soap Cookie rides the large wave that comes with it, sweeping through some of the level while the wave collects jellies.
🧼 Like Herb Cookie, she has a catchphrase where she occasionally goes "Alala" (similar to "arara", a joke on 'ara ara')
🧼She's usually pretty joyful and a bit too trusting and obvious, she's still learning about the world around her, but there isn't a hint of evil in this cookie!
🧼She enjoys throwing gatherings like tea parties and picnics, and usually the food and tea are made by either her or Sir Quackerson.
yes you heard that right, soap! She’s based off of all of those soaps that look like food! ^^

A wonderful tea party host, and with her diligent Ducky Butler by her side, you’ll be sure to have a pleasant time!
She’s a rather good tea party host and holds the most wonderful of gatherings! Apparently a lot of the tea and food’s are handmade recipes by the duchess herself!
Her pet is simply known as “Ducky Butler” but he’s a wonderful butler that does his utmost best to be of service to his lady!
She can make bubbles come out of her mouth (think cat mouth pop meme)
I imagine her ultimate attack would be her sitting in a boat, riding on a massive wave of water and bubbles that sweep away enemies!
Was she made by a witch though-? And with such odd ingredients like soap-? No one knows for sure…

aaaa I feel like I say this about every new cookie I make- but her design is my favorite ;;;7;;;
But yay new cookie! Her name is Omurice Cookie, and similarly to Wolf Cookie and Kumiho Cookie, she can transform into a bear! But which came first? The cookie or the bear? (no one’s really sure ;; )
With her big egg blanket she’s always ready for a good nap, and could probably sleep for a long time if you let her- But thankfully her pet Buzzy Eggy is always there to wake her up!
It’s summertime and what better way to celebrate than with a new cookie! ^7^
in a group I’m in we were challenged to make summer themed cookies, and I really wanted to make one based off of a cream soda! Or more the Japanese mellon kind cause they have such a pretty color! ^o^
I was gonna be super extra and give her two outfits, this current one and a swimsuit but I got a lil tired and didn’t finish it ;v; but I hope everyone can still love this one! I really wanted to make her hair look like an ice cream scoop ;;7;;
I don’t have too much info for her yet :0 but she’s the heiress to a nice beach resort, even though she really wants to travel ;<; but she also gives me movie star vibes haha xD
