So here is one of the 2d assets I have brought into the unreal engine. I am having a problem with the keying aspect of things, they seem to not be clean, parts of the legs and outlines are being cut off
This is the roughing out stage of my ball and tail bounce. I added squash and stretch for believe ability
Here are my basic drafts for the poses. Included are 7 action and 7 acting poses.
This is the theory work involved once I had the jump reference in place. My method of working was work out the 5 extreme poses (columned on the far left) and work out the timing and how many frames were in between.
for this exercise we were tasked with animating a 6 second animation of two dancers dancing. We used rotoscoping for this but we were allowed to put in our own flare. I have put in angel wings on the female dancer. While doing this animation I learnt a lot about timing and volume. this was an enjoyable task overall
This was the last Life drawing pose we did for session 2, though the position of the model lacked energy I believed that it was one of the best poses I had worked with in my time. the lighting was great for this pose, allowing me to show 3d forms with shading.
Here is the life drawing images of a man picking up a box demonstrated in class. There is a pose missing inbetween the fifth and sixth pose, where the hand magically jumps up.
Here is the life drawings of a head turn demonstrated by the model
from week 5 onwards we studied life drawing.
In this exercise we were asked to draw a classmate face to face while looking directly at them, I believe it is called blind drawings.
some quick gestural drawings to warm me up
