Shouting to the void.

Depression is more than "feeling down".

Its physically and mentally exhausting. Some people have it so bad that they never get rid of it. A sickness. A plaque.

So stop telling people to "stop being so sad" when they feel like this. It doesn't help. It digs a darker hole knowing that even when we want to feel happy and life in general is great that we are stuck in a mental state of decay.
