All the data shows women are better leaders and decision makers than men and perform better at all levels of the workforce. As a result, many companies are starting to show a preference for hiring and promoting women over men, but some companies are still clinging to the past. That is why I helped pushed through legislation that will offer companies many incentives for female empowerment. For example, corporations with a significant female majority in leadership will receive tax breaks and other benefits. Extra perks are available for having a woman CEO. Small female owned businesses will have an easier time getting low interest loans and grants. Further perks will be given to companies that can prove at least 60% of new hires and promotions went to women the previous year. Eventually there will be a mandate for public companies to have at least 60% of their new hires, promotions, and leadership roles go to women. Some may think this all unfair to men. I see it as course correction and putting the right people in charge.

When we are out in public, I am never allowed to speak unless she first gives me explicit permission. I am to keep silent with my gaze locked on her. Because of this rule, she always orders my food when we eat out. When a server asks me what I’ll be having, I just keep my eyes on her as she interjects, plainly informing the server that I only eat what she decides. She consistently orders premium dining and drinks for herself while I get the most basic meals with water. She fully dictates my diet in private also, but I think she enjoys this extra bit of public humiliation and display of female control.
