Full Name:
Cooper Nicolas Hartman.
Nickname(s):
Coop, Cooper Scooper, Poop de Coop, Chickencoop ninconpoop. All the poop names curtsy of Avery.
Reason for Name:
My mom loved this beer called Coopers. She's got class.
Place of Birth:
Natchez, Mississippi
Places lived since:
Burkett when I was 14.
Parents’ names, backgrounds, occupations:
Tess Hartman: She was probably your typical negative redneck stereotype. She had me relatively young, she was a high school dropout, she's drank and smoked a lot, we had a pretty crappy house. Small, rundown, dirty. She worked at a diner as a waitress to support us, but I didn't see her a whole lot. She was working or she was out with god knows who, I'd stay with my grandparents or the Beaumonts, sometimes by myself. When I was 14 she got married and she took off. Haven't heard from her since.
I never knew my dad. He was a one night stand or something, she doesn't remember his name.
Number and names of siblings:
None that I know of.
Relationship with family (close? estranged?):
Nonexistent biologically speaking. With the Beaumonts, close as can be.
Do you have a child:
Nope.
Happiest memory:
This is going to sound so typical, but when I was little on the Beaumont farm. Everything seemed a lot less muddled.
Childhood trauma:
Mom forgetting to pick me up from school when I was 8 and I attempted to walk home was pretty intense. I got lost for 3 hours, haha.
Distinguishing Facial Features:
My cuteness.
Usual Hair Style:
Messy? I don't really style.
Glasses? Contacts?:
Nope.
Style of dress/typical outfit(s):
Blue jeans, t-shirts. Just something casual.
Health (is this person usually sick? or very resilient?):
Other than the occasional cold or headache, I'm usually in good shape.
Grooming (does she/he wear makeup? shower daily? wear only clean clothes? pluck her eyebrows?):
I shower every night, usually clean clothes unless they aren't too bad. Doesn't really bug me.
Jewelry? Tattoos? Piercings?:
I don't do man-bling or piercings, but I have one tattoo. I want more, though.
Accent?:
Southern, ya'll.
Unique mannerisms/physical habits (bites nails, talks with hands, taps feet, restless):
I tap my heel really fast if I'm sitting down and anxious. I guess that's it.
Athletic:
I don't really do organized sports. I like to run or lift weights.
Level of Education (high school drop out, undergrad BA/BS, PhD, Md, etc.):
Currently a high school Junior.
Level of Self-Esteem: Reasonable I reckon. I'm pretty cool.
Gifts/Talents: I'm a great cook, screw modesty.
Artistic?: I would say yes. I think you need some sort of creativity to be a chef. I also dabble with guitar, and I'm no pro or anything but I can hold a tune.
Mathematical:
Not even a little.
Makes Decision Based Mostly on Emotions, or on Logic?:
Probably emotions.
Life Philosophy:
We are who we choose to be.

Christian boy.

Cautious enough not to do anything too stupid, daring enough not to live in a bubble.

I'm not really a fan of dwelling on the past, so I choose not to.

Nothing really all that official. I went on some dates, but it never moved forward.
Primary Reason for Being Broken Up With:
Never really come to that, so. Yay.
Primary Reason for Breaking Up with People:
Not exactly break up, but more like just call off. I didn't want to string them along if I didn't feel much.
Level of Sexual Experience:
Not much.
Story of First Kiss (if any - if not, how does he/she want it to happen?):
I was nine, and Avery and me were hanging out by the lake. All I knew was that you kissed people you liked. I didn't really get it at the time, but that day I were having so much fun and it just felt different, so I kissed her. I almost missed her lips and it only lasted like, a second. She wiped her mouth and told me a smelled like tuna.
Story of Loss of Virginity (if any - if not, how does he/she want it to happen, if at all?):
I almost lost it to this one girl I was sort of dating I guess, nothing major, but we didn't get very far before I backed out. I'd probably get beat up if any other guys knew this, but I couldn't do it in good conscience when I knew I loved someone else. Ideally I would lose it to Avery. She's the girl for me, and I wouldn't feel right having meaningless sex with some random knowing that. Guess maybe I'm old fashioned.
A Social Person? (popular, loner, some close friends, makes friends and then quickly drops them):
I'm pretty social, I like talking to anyone and everyone.
Most Comfortable Around (person):
Avery, Rose, and Finn.
How Does He Think Others Perceive Him?:
Hopefully good. I try to stay off of people's bad sides, but who knows.
How Do Others Actually Perceive Him/Her?:
Friendly, outgoing.
Phobias:
I hate flying. I will if I must, but I'll be white-knucking the seat the whole time. And boats. But you couldn't convince me to go on a boat, you'd have to sedate me. I'm a land guy.
Life Goals:
I'd like my own restaurant, and like anyone ideally it would be a well known one that everyone flocks to go to. One of those "If you're in town you HAVE to go there" places. I'd want to travel all over the country. As much as I'd like to move back down south I feel like there's more to see before I'm nailed to one place. And I think a family would be nice too. One with a lot of kids.
Dreams:
Same as above, right? But the dream part would be owning a racecar.
Most Embarrassing Thing Ever to Happen to Them:
I ripped my pants in the front once when I was 13 at school. I wouldn't have cared if I wasn't wearing my Spiderman boxers that day. Everyone kept telling me to put my "web shooter" away all day. Yeah, hah.
Obsessions:
Food. Making it, tasting it, whatever.
Secret Hobbies:
Kind of lame, but I collect old baseball cards. My grandpa got me into it.
Secret Skills:
I'm an okay drawer. Like faces or landscapes, just something to pass the time.

Drinking occasionally.

Try to be more open, and gain openness in return. But I doubt it.

I'm satisfied with what I got.

Get up, pee, eat, get dressed, school, homework, chill, make fun of Avery, sleep.

Early Bird.
Light or Heavy Sleeper?:
Heavy.
Favourite Food:
Would I sound like a total country boy if I say steak? Because there's nothing better than a good steak dinner.
Least Favourite Food:
Bologna I guess. This was probably the hardest question on this whole damn thing.
Favourite Book:
The Outsiders.
Least Favourite Book:
The Grapes of Wrath put me to sleep.
Least Favourite Movie:
The worst movie I've ever seen was Battleship. So let's go with that.

Really anything by Elvis Presley. My grandpa used to play him all the time, it was once of the few old records in his collection I really liked, so. Something by The King.
Least Favourite Song:
That #selfie song is pretty insufferable. That.
Coffee or Tea?:
Sweet tea.
Crunchy or Smooth Peanut Butter:
Crunchy.
Type of Car He/She Drives (or wishes he/she drove):
1995 ford f-150. It's a piece of junk but it's my piece of junk.
Favourite Colour:
Blue. Not that blue that comes in crayon boxes, but light blue. Like the sky kind of blue.
Cusser?:
I'm 16, who isn't?
Smoker? Drinker? Drug-User?:
I smoked once, never again. Occasional drink, no drugs.
Biggest Regret:
Not sure I really have one. I'm pretty satisfied with the choices I've made.
Pets?:
I had a dog once. And I used to keep things I found when I was little. Turtles, rabbits, lizards, bugs. But my grandma always made me set them free, ha. Especially the bugs.
