Brandy Crusta
2 oz. Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy 1 tsp. Maraschino liqueur (Luxardo) 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice Bar spoon of Demerara syrup (we use 2:1) 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters Crushed ice
Pare the full peel off of the lemon and carefully curl the peel around the inside of the glass. Moisten the rim with cut lemon and dip in superfine sugar, forming a crust on the glass and peel. Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir and strain into prepared glass.
