I’ve been wanting to finish this piece for a while now and I finally sat down and decided to do it 🤧 I had a lot of ups and downs with it but overall im super happy with the result!!

I first started this paycheck animation back in November and after a lot of ups and downs with it I FINALLY finished ohmy god

If I had to give a guess as to how many hours this took, I’d say at least 50, the backgrounds alone took seven hours combined 🤧🤧🤧 all animated on ToonSquid!! Backgrounds are hand drawn by me as well :)) I did use a reference for the city but I did end up making my own custom brush for the windows following this tiktok tutorial I found I LOVE IT SMM

My animation part for a (yet to be posted) collab!! I got permission from the creator (sunova on tiktok) to upload my part early bc I wanted to make sure it was released around christmas since the collab was running a bit late 🥹🥹🥹

This took about 35 hours total and a LOTTT of my patience, each background being hand drawn by me too 😭😭😭 any ships you want to apply can apply!!! I didn’t make this with the intention of shipping but I do enjoy a lottt of the ships between these characters ehe

HIIII my first toonsquid animation!! It took me a bit to figure out the app but now that I do I absolutely LOVE IT I will never go back to flipacl*p again I’m so relieved 😭😭😭

I LOVEEE putting Mafioso in the style of old Disney I think it suits him very well bc of the desaturated warm colors!! But my art style is very disney-esque anyway so it was more so just the coloring for me that was mimicking it rather than my art style!!

Anyways this took me about 24 hours of the course of three days so I’m gonna go pass out now bye

Surprisingly a duo that isn't paycheck h hi guys im nervous gulps (can be interpreted as platonic or romantic they are both adults!!)

Anyways I really like beginnersluck bc if I feel like chance would be very comforting towards Noob's "cowardly" demeanor, offering a sense of support as well as being able to realize just how different Noob and ITrapped are (since he often mistakes Noob for ITrapped appearance-wise)

There can be a lot of angst involved as well since it probably took Chance quite a lot of time to warm up to Noob properly and see them as their own person rather than just a replacement of what he lost, which is why I enjoy beginnersluck as either platonic or romantic bc either way they can still bond and learn the characteristics of the other's personality 🥹🥹🥹

Noob probably admires Chance a lot since he's supposed to be like that cool nonchalant guy right but they were probably really hurt by the fact that Chance found discomfort (or maybe some twisted sense of comfort for the wrong reason) in Noob, which is another reason why they could be getting emotional here bc not only are their insecurities being reassured but they are also finally seeing the side of Chance they've been hoping to see for so long 🫶🫶🫶

Ouhhh how I love these two 🫶🫶🫶 my concepts for Elliot are simpler than Chance’s, his design is heavily influenced by WAAPP with his smile and the way players can be burnt in the ovens!! In the rounds themselves, he’ll likely have more of a manic personality, not exactly loud but definitely visibly malicious w that signature WAAPP smile

But after rounds (aka with other survivors) he’s cold and disinterested, he wants no association with them and ESPECIALLY 07 since he was an indirect (or maybe direct if you think it was an 07 takeover instead of a c00lkidd takeover) cause of his death

Chance is (unfortunately for Elliot) very fond of Elliot and enjoys yapping to him since Elliot doesn’t talk back—at first he thought Elliot just didn’t listen but discovered later that he does he just doesn’t express his interest openly!! Chance also likes to pester him lalala (Elliot originally would get pissed by the constant nagging but grew used to it instead)

DUDE. The way Killer Chance’s open smile in normal form drops into an eventual frown in Milestone 4. do the thorns actually hurt him? does he feel pain as a robot? I,m sorry I just get hyped over forsaken swap aus. Also…..can he gamble through the slot machine over his eyes?????(ultimate gambling moment)

I haven’t thought much about his lore yet but in earlier milestone stages yes he can feel the pain of thorns!! He was originally a little frantic and repeatedly ripped them out, but they kept growing back (like a machine involuntarily claimed by nature)

As for the later milestones where is body is mostly/fully mechanical, he is pretty numbed to it at that point—the places where the roses have grown in are numbed BUUUT he can still process “pain” when stunned by survivors and stuff! Like his servers process the sensations as “pain” even if he has no flesh anymore

Also YES THEY GAMBLE!! It’s part of the moveset I’m coming up with 🙏🙏🙏 they can spin their slots and in landing on a jackpot he gets some sort of buff/charge for an ability (I haven’t come up with this part yet 😭) but if it lands on anything else they become enraged, granting speed and mayyybe increased attack!! Hoping to post a full moveset soon!!!

MORE KILLER AU CHANCE!!! He’s been on my mind sm I can’t stop drawing him 😭😭😭 me and my friend even made an entire moveset for him that I might put on here too!!

Anyways I wanted to explore more of the cyborg themes, as well as the overgrowth 🙏 his overall theme is a “machine claimed by nature” kind of thing!! But if you don’t like drawing roses (I don’t) then sorry LOL
