I had a lot of fun rewriting this fable, about a bunch of animals who are very jealous of their coworker, the elephant. I’m very excited to be in this book, alongside so many stellar cartoonists.

Dream job: I got to make a fun poster for this awesome, unique educational program at the Art Institute, reimagining iconic paintings from their collection in the process.  Re:Imagine is a truly amazing (and free!) event that hosts teens from all over Chicago for an all night design competition.

The World’s Best Piece of Toast VS. The World’s Worst Egg!

A Brush with Brilliance! This story appears in my new risographed mini comic, “FIXATED,” a collection of stories about obsessions. You can find a copy on my website.  

This comic debuted at CAKE Chicago this weekend, which was a real blast!  It’s so nice to be able to attend a show in the city where you live, but this was particular show was pretty exceptional this year.  I’m truly in awe of the organizers, who volunteer their time to create something great for the whole community.  

“FiXATED” was printed by Perfectly Acceptable press in Chicago, which I highly recommend for all your risograph printing needs.
