reputation being the only album to not get a taylor’s version would be so poetic actually. like she said in the letter it was hard for her to re-record and that’s genuinely something i was thinking about too, and i know other people on here have also brought it up back when the re-records were first announced.

i think based on what she said in the letter, we will get debut taylor’s version at some point with the re-records and the vault songs but i really don’t think we’ll get anything from reputation except maybe the vault tracks and i think i would be fine without getting any form of reputation taylor’s version at all

and i say that with rep being my favorite album

but reputation standing on its own just makes so much sense especially since she owns the original recording now

idk i just think adding to it now when she doesn’t have to would weaken “there will be no further explanation, there will just be reputation”
