The storms won’t let up. The air is thick with Louisiana summer, and the Corpsewalkers? They’re showing up more than ever. Morrowclan’s holding on, but it’s getting harder to breathe.

And something’s shifting.

There’s a tension in the air, a feeling like the city’s holding its breath. Traditions are cracking. Lines are blurring. Something’s coming-and it’s going to change everything.

This rp looks really interesting! Do I need to have a character to join the discord, or can I just hop on the discord and observe?

You can absolutely just hop on and observe and chat with us!! We accept spectators, and there's no deadline for creating a character!!

This here is Witheredrose, owned by Planet! Witheredrose here is one of our Overseers and she takes her job very seriously within the clan.

And here we have Dancer owned by @collabwithmyself. Dancer is our first caretaker, and certainly has a lot to handle on their plate atm!

Now, onto one of our several scouts, this right here is Peanut, a personal favorite and owned by @gamerbroduder! He was especially fun to draw with his fur.

Moving onto some younger cats, this right here is Jaybird, Jay is our Herbal student and is shaping up to one day become an excellent Apothecary. Jaybird is owned by @shoomp!

This nervous novice is Magpiepaw! Owned by @dionynic they are training under the different roles of Morrowclan to one day choose what path they shall take.

And last, but certainly not least, we have Ghost. Ghost, owned by sugarcrash, is the first kit of Corpses Unearthed, and as its clear at such a young age he has already been through quite a lot! THE HIGHRANKS OF MORROWCLAN

╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ Corpses Unearthed, and therefore Morrowclan, has unique roles and Highranks due to the world's harsh conditions. Some new, some familiar, these roles are signs of success. ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳ ╳

⛓️LEADER: (1/2 open) Perhaps the most obvious and remarkable of the clan, this highrank needs little introduction. Leaders are the highest rank in the clan, and every cat looks up to them. Unlike most roleplays though, Morrowclan has TWO leaders at any given time. This makes the role of leader much more collaborative as every choice must be a united one between the two Leaders.

⛓️OVERSEER: (1/2 open) Directly under the Leaders, Overseers are the deputies of Morrowclan. There to do what the Leaders are far too busy to. They keep the clan in line, assign patrols and novice duties to the younger cats of the clan. When a leader dies, the eldest Overseer will take over typically.

⛓️HEAD APOTHECARY: (0/1 open) The eldest and most experienced Apothecary, this role is a cat who is often very smart and works closely with the Leaders of the clan to keep each other up to date on how things are running within the clan. They are skilled at memorizing the different sicknesses of the city and often are mentor-like figures to the other apothecaries far past adulthood.

⛓️APOTHECARY: (1/2 open) The medics of Morrowclan, they have trained for months as Herbal Students before becoming a full-blown Apothecary. They have learned about the different ailments that their clanmates may encounter, and how to cure or treat them. These cats may have chosen this role because they prefer to help rather than fight, or may have gained a morbid interest in the strange correlations with herbs seeming to act as a natural pesticide to Corpsewalkers, either way, this is a highly respected role.

⛓️SENIOR ROLES: (4/4 open) These ranks may not be the highest within the clan, but they are still highly respected. These members are typically the eldest or exceptionally skilled individuals within the Hunter, Guard, Scout, or Gatherer roles. The other members of their respective roles look up to them and often follow their guidance.

Are there rules and other clans beside MarrowClan? Can you give us a sneak peak about how things work or maybe the character creation guidelines/options?

While there are other groups in the city besides Morrowclan, all characters in the roleplay will currently be part of Morrowclan. Despite being in a bustling city, Morrowclan is made up of cats from a wide variety of backgrounds, and they welcome any cat who wishes to join.

Character creation is very flexible, with just a few rules in place (such as no wings, horns, or neon colors). Otherwise, you have plenty of creative freedom! I've attached a sketch of a character from one of our admins, Persephone, an Apothecary who discovered a mysterious mask and now wears it everywhere they go.

As for a sneak peek, one feature I’m really excited about is our seasonal forecast. As the roleplay progresses, the seasons will change and influence the world around us. We’ve just entered Newleaf, and although we might see occasional rains or floods, things are calm for now. Even the Corpsewalkers seem unusually peaceful. Thank you so much for the question!

JUNO- Morrowclans Eldest Leader

Recently, with the help of some of my friends, I have began a new post-apocalyptic warrior cats server, set in an abandoned city. This right here is Juno, the senior leader of the clan, who only hopes that she can aide Morrowclan into the future and watch as it grows stronger in these hard times.
