Did you lose weight?

I mean my weight can sometimes shift between 360 and 380 day to day I'll be 5 pounds different than the day before. Back in late 2023 I was up to 390 but got an active job and I'm r.ght at 370 so yes technically but not as of late.

Yes I am just going through some life changes and stuff hope to get back to doing content soon.

Full transparency for everyone on here I have a retail job that pays my bills, but it's not alot of money. But in my free time I'm an esports coach and I've been bouncing between teams alot recently and on top of that I live on the east coast of the US and I just started working with an Australian team (14 hour time difference). That being said instead of being up between 6 and 9 am (if I have to work or not) and coaching esports in the evening, I'm now getting up at 4 am every morning regardless of work or not to coach this team. It's a major adjustment and will take time to get back in a routine.

I will hopefully be back to posting a couple times a week atleast over the summer and back to full time gaining at the same time.

Honestly not that much just typical stuff.

Cant go up stairs easily, get out of breath easy, lack of ability to do any sort of excersize stuff like. Bumping into stuff with my butt or belly I do notice tho and just general walking speed im SLOWWW now and a bit of a waddle especially after stuffing myself
