⚓ Gaze shifting away from the bracelet as soon as words began to make their presence known, he let loose a soft sigh. The insane beat of his heart had caused a lump to form in his throat and his body was becoming more rigid by the moment; if he didn’t find a way to calm the other down and dry those tears, he’d be crying himself, showing just how…weak he was to this.

“T-Take a moment…to think of just…l-love and tru-trust…” He allowed his eyes to scan the group of people around them, wondering if he could take a gamble and win. “D-Don’t you have cl-classmates here? M-May-aybe you’ll f-find comfort in talk to-to them a-as well? I-I’m sure…you can…” A breath was drawn and the inside of his cheek became a ground for chewing as he tried to push through his words. “I’m sure…you can find them for the comfort you need…”

The upperclassman was right, he should be seeking refuge in his friends, not total strangers! Oh gosh he was probably making the strangers feelings even worse and bothering him! Chihiro bit his lip as he tried to mask his anxiety and looked around, looking for familiar faces.

“Uh yeah- I-I’m sorry for bothering you!” He said, amazed that he didn’t have a voice scratch at all. “I=Im gonna look for more people outside of the big top!”  He quickly ducked away from the blonde and made his way out. Tears stung his eyes but he didn’t want to cry anymore and make others feel worse
