Joey was born and raised in East Village her parents where in law enforcement that's how they both met when she did grow up Joey knew she wanted to follow in her parents footsteps so she become a cop worked her way up the ranks and then become a FBI Agent at first she sis everything by the book when they did not work out she would turn over a new leaf. Joey's parents did retire from the police force but her dad dead from cancer. she does mourn and miss him everyday on the other hand her mom is alive and well.

It still takes a second for him to process that he works for the President. The actual President. He still gets nervous around anyone sporting a badge, as if they can smell his less than holy affairs. As if they care to find out, anyway.

Joey was walking around the gallery and looking at all the art some looked nice the others not so much then she stops when she hears someone ask her something.

"I'm never off duty even if it looks like i am." she said to him with a smile.

savannah was making her rounds, working the room like any smart girl would, never hurt to shake a few hands and flash a smile. one just never knew who might turn out useful down the line. she spotted a woman standing solo in front of a painting that looked more like a spilled mess than fine art. on her way over, she snagged a fresh glass of wine off a tray floating by, then sidled up beside her with a curious tilt of her head. “lord help me, please tell me you’ve got the faintest idea what this is supposed to be?” she drawled, eyes liftin’ to meet the woman’s with a small little grin.

Joey was enjoy the event how can turn down free drinks she knew she can not and to take a break from her job for a little while to be at an event was not all that bad. Joey was looking at some art then she hears a voice and looks over at Sav. "to be honest i have no clue what this even is i have seen ten years old sketch better then this shit." she said to her.
