Ordered this custom motte with additional dark green metallic thread and I intend to level up my crocheting game and make a pigeon shawl. I am unstoppable.
Itās beautiful.

At the hospital I kept raiding kiosk to buy ridiculously overpriced desserts. Inspired by them I started making healthy & cheap versions at home, and I love them.
Evening prep:
Put fresh or frozen fruit n a container, fill up half with hot jello,
Mix chia seeds with natural probiotic yoghurt and some vanilla extract (stir at least 2 times, 15min apart),
Keep in the fridge overnight,
Distribute chia pudding on the jello,
Add toppings: coconut flakes / granola / almond flakes / cacao nibs / etc.
So happy to be home with all my best guys ā„ļø
Being finally able to treat myself with all the nourishment.
Loving updates about my toddler š¦āā¬
What I got vs what I ordered home. Definitely very wishful shopping. I wish hospitals at least attempted to evaluate patientsā calorie requirements, being rather big I do not thrive on this Slavic doll diet.
Cold breeze & sunlight š¤
Living in the hospital now, and while itās not comfortable or desired I do my best to appreciate the solitude and the time to recover, prepare, contemplate, and let go. Yet another experience to prove to me that things will be alright.
I miss my husband and my baby, and cannot wait to meet my other son soon š¤
Homemade granola, turned out amazing! Iāve started experimenting with it just because my husband loves to eat it and my baby loves to make it. Who needs playdough if you can play with all the kitchen perishables.
In the meantime, Iām planning Easter activities. Cannot wait for the spring holidays next week š¤ Weāre painting the eggs, and Iām planning on putting hints on them that together tells the location of the gifts Iāve prepared this year. The location of painted eggs will be displayed by a map, from puzzles (when you should be a Dungeon Master but you became a mother) that my son will receive first, and will have to ask other family members for help to complete.
Already planted the cress, and started the spring cleaning. It feels so right to have my due date so close, whatās better to celebrate life than to bring one? Iāve included my soon-to-be-born son on gift list, and Iāve crocheted his first hat for him.
Time to get back to making the gifts, and preparing a basket of eggs for the feast table š¤
Spring ātree of lifeā composition with willow branch, eucalyptus and what I call ārabbit buttsā (catkin).

I love feeling tired lately. Nothing like sitting down, utterly exhausted and hungry, in the first peaceful moment of the day, and having my favorite soup with some toasted bread. Knowing that my body is weak and aching after a full day of laughter, tight hugs, playtime with my son, tending to our plants, crocheting gifts for upcoming festivities, ceramic experiments, learning, doing laundry after everything got covered in paint, chasing the little menace everywhere as I only waddle, cooking nutritious meals for my family, killing yet another sourdough starter (rip Yeastopher the 8th), and growing the life of my other son in my belly, carrying him with me every step. I like how I used to wonder if I could ever be ājust a homemakerā, but being a homemaker is the most fulfilling thing Iāve ever done in my life, and brings me so much joy I cannot even describe.
