You have something that God loaned you, but you have to discover it inside yourself and then you see the world differently.

Ikeaâs New Desk Goes From Sitting To Standing With The Push Of A Button
Love this desk!
Teens love Taco Bell. And Taco Bell knows it.
"When youâre a teen, Taco Bell is the first place place you go for freedom," Jeff Jenkins, Taco Bell director of digital experience and new concepts, tells Fast Company. âItâs where you go when you get your first car, or when you get your first paycheck.â
Which, okay, sure. Fine. Teens love Taco Bell. I sure did! Itâs one reason why, starting today, the fast food chain known for its mutant Franken-taco hybrids is targeting the millennial demographic in the place where they spend the bulk of their timeâon their phones.

It's interesting to see mobile apps have engagement that allows the user to create a product from a big agency or corporation.
Join our resident habit expert Rachel Gillett and other Fast Company editors today at 11 a.m. ET as we discuss what happened when we ignored our inboxes for most of the day.
If youâre like the rest of us, youâd probably like to spend less time on email.
By one recent estimate we spend a whopping 650 hours a year on email, and all this email-checking is stressing us out.
In fact, one researcher at the University of California at Irving monitored the heart rates of a group of employees while they were checking email and then again after they took a five-day email break and found that their stress levels drastically dropped during the break.
Time-management guru Laura Vanderkam tried only checking her email twice a day as a remedy and loved the results. But would drastically cutting back on checking our email work for everyoneÂ
For this weekâs habit challenge, several of us at Fast Company are putting this idea to the test. Join us for a live chat at 11 a.m. to find out whether that time in between email allowed us to focus more deeply, or if we got twitchy wondering if we were missing out on potentially important and urgent messages.
Did you try cutting back your email addiction? Tell us about your experience in the âmake a commentâ here!
When you respond to emails too many times a day you are working on someone else's agenda for your life.
