Older Sister 2: This is exactly why we should leave them to fend for themselves for a month! It would build character. Dad: Child, if you suggest abandoning your siblings one more time, we are turning right around! I forgot what frogs looked like and originally drew this:

We are a household of four strong men and men adjacent persons with frighteningly high grip strength and we still sometimes can’t open jars.

Occasionally it takes all four of us to open a jar. Very odd experience, when all four of the people in your house are the person you hand the jar to and you still can’t open it.

We could just run it under hot water of course but that’s not as fun.

When dad wasn’t home and we needed a jar open mom would smack the top with her hand really hard a couple times. I think it did something to the seal but it always worked. When I was a kid I thought it was a magic trick.
