I love that as soon as I post a “how I dont 34t a lot on the weekends around my parents!” My mom asks if I want bacon and my fatass says yess

Fun little tip I have! For weekends/days ur with family and have to eat 3 meals a day, here’s what I do:

Breakfast: I do my best to sleep in, so Im not expected to eat breakfast, and just wait till lunch. If that doesnt work, to skip I usually just say Im a little nauseous in the mornings so I dont want to eat. (If that still doesnt work, I have these 100 cal yogurt drinks in the fridge and do one of those as a lastttt resort)

Lunch: I eat a late lunch (around 2-3 pm) if I can. It does kinda have to be.a regular meal, but Im usually able to get around a 300 cal lunch without my parents noticing Im trying to not eat (usually ramen)

Dinner: because lunch was late, Im able to say that “oh it was so late, im just not hungry!” And eat just enough for them to not worry.

And Voila! 500-600 cal day around my parents who are worried I have an 3d!
