Cassius Dubois (A legionary, and Celeste's "ex" husband [they're both trying to kill one another], has failed multiple times at this point.)
Doctor Jean [pronounced John] "Stuffins" Hearts (a medic who is a part of the 1st Recon of the NCR, was absent for the massacre of Bitter Springs but got all the fallout of it)
