[Personally, I've always believed that his main motif was 'death', but yes, darkness really is a strong one too - especially if you go for the less conventional interpretation of 'light vs darkness' not being 'good vs evil', but 'truth' vs 'comfort', so yes, I like the new URL you picked a LOT and it is sooooooo nice you decided to go back to RPing Yuuto too <3]

Death? Interesting, I didn’t think of it that way but it makes sense with some of his monsters being spirits. I THOUGHT THOSE WERE A WITCHCRAFT THEME XD *facepalm @ myself* thank yoooooooouuuu~! I’m glad I came back to him too. I missed this eggplant ;w; taking a break from Yuuri is probably the best thing I’ve done for myself on here. Too much of the same thing causes stagnation.

Is covetdarkness a good name for this blog??? I want to change it but darkness is part of Yuto’s motif. I really don’t want to go for another Rebellion or war soldier theme. I want to focus more on Yuto’s dark side and how he uses it to his advantage in his duels. Should I keep this name?

“See? She knows how to listen.” Yuuri said with a slight growl in his voice. Such aggravation—annoying! He’s never had to deal with someone so aggravating. Most people who got on his nerves were never heard from again. He yanked the duel disk off of Yuto’s arm and keeps it for now.

Yuto didn’t fight back when the guards hauled him away to his old room. He felt he owed another apology to Yuzu but for now he kept his mouth shut.

Yuzu silently followed behind Yuto and the guards to the so called Dragonkin’s quarters. She was glad that she wasn’t going to be completely alone since she had Yuto to keep her company. Yuzu took a deep breath once they reached Yuto’s old room.

Silence hung in the air like dead weight. Yuto didn’t know what to say to her after...after that mess. And Yuya? What about him? What happens...to him?

Finally he speaks.

“...I’m sorry you were dragged into this. My past ended up affecting you in the worst way possible.”

He would think of a way to escape but right now he needs a moment to mentally recooperate. He sits on his old bed—untouched since the last time he was here—

like many things in his room.

Despite being his home when Heartland was nothing but a constant need for survival after that day, Academia left a foul feeling in the pit of his stomach.

“This place, I should’ve burned it when I had the chance.”

“Break it. Break it so it all falls down. Destroy every. last. one.”

Bleh!! I am reviving this blog (and my other blogs) because my drafts became hard to manage on my multimuse. Having all of them together like that caused some muses to go unused, too. As much as I want to continue using a multimuse, it just isn’t for me.

I also wanted the same amount of RP partners and readers to read the threads I made. That isn’t worth it at the expense of one of my favorite past times. I can just turn the roleplays into story posts when a certain amount of replies. I wanted to do that once. Might as well do it today.

If you want to continue an old thread, HMU. Right now the only thread I remember is Exothermic Reaction with Kita (which I’ve been wanting to get back to for a long time). As for new threads, I have a starter to make for Ruri.

“Fusionist? No… We have Jogress… But no actual fusion… I’m Ken Ichijouji. And this is my partner Wormmon. Look, I’m not looking for trouble and I’ve never seen you here before…”

He pulled his digivice out, readying for if he and Wormmon would have to do battle.

“Wa--” before Yuuto can finish his sentence, he’s interrupted by Dark Rebellion. “This place doesn’t feel like Fusion Dimension. Perhaps we should make haste and leave?”

Yuuto looks back at his dragon, surprised that it--he--spoke actual words. It didn’t stop there. Dark addressed Ken formally. “Sorry, Ichijouji-San, we’ll be on our way.”

Shun stood back and stared at him for a moment, wondering what Yuuto was really trying to say.

Yes but…?

He knew that there was something more to it, a gut feeling told him that much, but Shun shoved it aside. Right now, they had far more important matters at hand and there wasn’t much time to waste. 

“Yuuto, let’s go. We shouldn’t stay in one place for too long.”

“Alright.”

Yuuto tries to keep a straight face but he’s almost in tears over what happened back there. He’ll have to talk about it sooner or later. He won’t be able to keep himself silent for too long.

He needs something else to think about because he’s on the verge of crying.

“...Right... where are we going?”

She won’t be there waiting for us.
