i already miss you again

every time i leave you after not seeing you for a while i find myself smelling my hand that you held, the areas on my clothes that made contact with you.

i get kinda greedy with it, not wanting it to rub it off on something or to use up the scent too quickly.

It almost makes it feel like im next to you if i close my eyes.

when i stop and think about it i feel like such a cornball, smelling my own clothes and memorizing the spots that smell like you.

im usually such a germaphobe but its hard for me to want to wash you off.
